I had a telephonic round as the first round of the interview. It was not properly planned and was rescheduled multiple times.

The second round went well, and HR told me they would inform me shortly. I called HR 3 days later to ask about the status. HR said he needed more information about my role and would call back shortly. I did not get a call for the next 2 days. I called again, and he said he would call back shortly. I sent an email, but HR did not respond.
If HR cannot even send one line to reply if a candidate is selected or not, then it's a waste of time attending interviews at Lowe's. These jobless people don't value others' time.
