Consisted of 7 rounds. The first one was with the Hiring Manager to explore mutual fit. The next 3 rounds were technical. Then, there was a round with HR, followed by one with the Hiring Manager again, and finally, one with the Head of Department.
The technical interview panels seemed to think too highly of themselves, and they rejected me for not literally reciting the 12 exact headings of the 12-factor app. They wanted to know if I had done open source and talks. It's as if they are super stellar at open source contributions.
Actually, speaking, the HR, the Hiring Manager, and the Head of Department were the best rounds I went through. The rest of the rounds were just hogwash. I could clearly feel that the interviewers themselves were not very highly skilled.
Overall, it was kind of a time waste.
