I am not sure how every team is, but my interview process started with a phone interview with the manager.
He asked the standard questions: "Why do you want to work here?" and "What is your background?", etc.
The second round was a technical interview with the team. The manager was there, and four employees.
The manager asked some very CS questions about JavaScript lifecycle events and some other very "behind the curtain" questions about JavaScript.
The rest of the team asked for some pseudo-code questions and "How would you do [blank]?"
The only part I did not like was that I had my camera on, but no one else turned their camera on.
