Process

The interview process took 2 weeks.

Got a call from the consultancy and immediately followed up by Lowe's HR.

1st Round was a telephonic round. Basic testing questions and current project related scenarios and processes were asked. ISTQB stuff is more than enough to clear this round.

2nd Round was again a telephonic technical round, where I was asked about Java and Selenium. All Java concepts and Selenium basic stuff were covered. Questions about the framework and other tools used in our project were asked.

3rd round was techno-managerial. He was cool. It was a very healthy discussion, where I was asked about my project and I felt it a bit difficult, as some questions were out of the box. The interviewer was very friendly and encouraged me a lot. It lasted less than an hour.

Next was the round with the Director, which lasted for 20 minutes. Basic stuff and project-related and current company-related questions were asked. He checked my confidence level and communication.

Then after 3 days, I got a call from the HR about the offer confirmation, and salary discussion took place for around 20 minutes.

The entire process was lengthy, but there were immediate responses and follow-ups.

Questions
