Round 2 was project-oriented and situation-oriented, from a US panel.
Round 3 was an HR discussion. It is a normal discussion based on salary and company work culture.
Round 4 was directorial. A normal discussion, and he wants to know about you professionally.
After the HR discussion, they hardly take 5 working days to release the offer.
