Got a call from a corporate recruiter after applying via Glassdoor.
First Call: General details like high-level experience, current versus expected package, etc., were captured.
Second Call: A technical round was set up.
Third Call: Skype interview, technical as well as situation-based. Experienced interview panel. A good amount of technical questions, but the questions were very focused and based on their area of interest, not broad-based on technology.
Fourth: Onsite interview at corporate headquarters. It was more of a situation-based questionnaire and a two-way discussion rather than an interview.
Fifth: Negotiation (really hard :))
Sixth: Offer.
The main thing they will revolve around is scenario-based or situation-based questions, like, have you come across a time when you had a disagreement with colleagues, etc.
