The interview was in 3 rounds for me. First round was the usual HR one. After that, you get a take-home project to develop and post on a repo in a week. Second round is a technical interview where you and some engineers talk over your project, and

First round: HR round. Second round: Technical (DB, Oracle, Java). Third round: Technical and general (onshore interview). Fourth round: Managerial round. The interview was average. They hired me for enhancement work.

The interview standards are very bad with Lowe's. They keep on asking immature questions. Most of the questions were not even understood. The interviewer's communication was quite bad. They tend to ask questions from the candidate which they themsel
