I had a negative experience being interviewed at Lowe's. After completing all the rounds successfully and compensation discussion, they ghosted me. I never got a single reply from them, even after many follow-ups.

The interview process typically includes: * Initial screening * Technical assessments * Coding or system design challenges * Behavioral interviews This is followed by a final round with leadership to assess skills, culture fit, and experience.

Telephonic screening round and a video conferencing round on technical, where I was given a problem to solve on data structures. The interviews were kind and gave hints to arrive at the answer.
