Newer tech stacks (React, Python, Kotlin, and some GCP), flexible hours, and good pay.
Horrible parking at the southend office. Management executes their own priorities and never listen to engineers when things are going wrong. Arbitrary deadlines that make or break management careers, and affect product quality. Outsourcing many aspects of development that also affects product quality. Extremely hierarchal and toxic upper management. Caste system has infected certain departments.
Stop being so hierarchical and toxic, and listen to your people on the ground.
