Good company with nice benefits
There is a bit of office politics and it is unorganized at times.
I got the interview call after the codeathon conducted by Lowe's. There were two interview rounds: one technical and the other an HR round. Each interview was 45 minutes long.
I received a call from one of the Lowe's recruiters, and he forwarded my profile to the Hiring Manager. Within a week, I had an initial technical screening round with the Hiring Manager, and then after following up, they scheduled the interview round
I applied online, and after a week, a recruiter called me and conducted a basic screening. A month later, they scheduled an online interview, and at the last stage, an on-campus visit to meet other team members. The interview process is very interact
