Very flexible schedule. Two days in the office, and sometimes a manager can decide to work from home some weeks.
Good company overall with many events in the tech hub.
A lot to do with the code base to make it readable for incoming developers and manageable for the existing developers.
I don't see the proper agile processes and ceremonies.
No formal code reviews or standards, steering the code base to a nightmare to maintain (bad code on top of the bad code).
The tech managers are against quality assurance engineers and scrum associates (lucky to have a scrum master, no analysts to keep up with the documentation), all these things are on the devs, which is making things even slower.
A lot of things in the code are so coupled together and duplicated in multiple repos, which makes it so hard to maintain and not break something else while fixing other things.
Microservices are more of the monolithic on the CICD pipelines.
These may not be so bad things, but they REALLY NEED A GOOD SOFTWARE PRINCIPAL ARCHITECT who can get everyone on the same board and enforce the software standards.
The flexible schedule comes with a cost of being on-call once in a while and some service monitoring shifts during peak seasons and holidays.

I attended one round. It was majorly based on Java-based questions. * What is DI, HashMap's internal working? * Does Java support multiple inheritance? * Discussion on StringBuffer, StringBuilder. * One array-based, normal DSA question. * Also, some
First round: HR round. Second round: Technical (DB, Oracle, Java). Third round: Technical and general (onshore interview). Fourth round: Managerial round. The interview was average. They hired me for enhancement work.
Very Easy Interview. No Also/DS. Technology-specific questions. Only one round of technical questions, followed by a managerial round. Few Java 8 questions were asked as well. The managerial round was a breeze. They will ask only about your prior
