Multi-round telephone interview. First with HR, then with current staff, covering some technical and some screening questions. I went through the first three rounds but did not get to the final round. I wish the interview process was more transparent.

Pros: Good tech. I can't think of anything else.
Cons: Most toxic place I have ever worked at; very misogynistic and racist. Absolutely no consideration for respecting people’s thoughts. Management is even worse. I regret joining here every day. I rejected offers from more stable companies to join here and am bearing the consequences in terms of pay grade and promotion opportunities as well.
