Contacted by recruiter on LinkedIn. Phone interview was easy, 30 min and invited to on-site. On-site interview itself was not difficult, resume-based and a few questions about line balancing, OEE, etc. If you have a few years of industry experience, you would be able to get through this. Recruiter called back the next day saying they had positive feedback and would officially confirm the following week and had preliminary discussions on other factors of employment. There was a certain area of disagreement (not financial). Recruiter said they would discuss with management and get back. Did not hear back after that. Unprofessional in that sense, even if they couldn't give a positive response, it is a professional courtesy to let a candidate know of the final decision.
