The interview process began with a short screening call with a recruiter, followed by a 30-minute call with the hiring manager.
The hiring manager was 6 minutes late to the interview. Initially, there was a bad connection, which led to more wasted time during the Zoom call. Throughout the interview, I was cut off mid-answer a few times.
I attempted to leave at the end of the originally allotted 30 minutes for another meeting, but I still had questions I wanted answered.
Overall, the hiring manager appeared very disinterested from the beginning.
I received an email shortly after stating they would not be moving forward, as expected. The email also mentioned a candidate experience survey was forthcoming, but it never arrived, thus prompting this review.
