Process

The interview process consisted of a screening call, followed by a 30-minute call with the Hiring Manager, and then a 1-hour call with the cross-functional team.

My HR representative (Curtis W.) was amazing; he kept me in the loop and was always responsive to emails and texts. Even when he did not have an update, he would let me know.

After the final interview, instead of just sending an email, he chose to call me and provide feedback on why they would not be moving forward.

My interview experience with Lucid Motors was wonderful because of him. Thanks a lot and props to your good work.
