This might be your last job if you join this company, as you won't be in a condition to do any job in any other company.
Cons: Continuous bullying, gaslighting, and taking advantage of hardworking and talented people. A big risk to your mental health. You will hit a roadblock in your career if you work here. The most disgusting workplace you will ever work for. Lucid doesn't even deserve a single star.
