I recently interviewed for a functional safety team. What stuck with me was when I asked the interviewing manager about the team, and he gave a not-so-clear answer.
I searched on LinkedIn and found that nobody stays in this team for more than two years; some even stay less than a year. This seemed fishy. I ghosted after the hiring manager interview and didn't proceed.
