They seemed very disorganized and run by a few people.
I was told the next step was to interview with the hiring manager and asked for my availability. I sent it, and then was told to schedule a call with HR again (which was step 1).
During calls, they kept forgetting what position I was interviewing for.

Pros: The team I work with is awesome; they are really intelligent, hardworking people. Some of the technologies are state-of-the-art, and I learn a lot.
Cons: I don’t like the company culture. I find management all over the place and very restrictive on flexibility as a software person. It seems like upper management has no idea what they’re doing in terms of deliverables and requirements also.
