Process

Very delayed and broken hiring process.

They will keep you hanging and spend 4-5 weeks before reaching out again.

I had to consistently follow up.

My first call with a recruiter was in early December, and it took them a month to schedule the next interviews. This was after rescheduling at the last minute, every single time.

Their employees are either too busy or are not serious about hiring. It's a very lengthy and broken process where they will abandon you in the middle of the process to suddenly chase internal candidates.

Again, they keep you hanging and make you wait for no reason. By the time you reach the end stages, you would have already lost your enthusiasm and energy for the company.

I will never apply to such a company again, which takes your time for granted and keeps you on the sidelines, no matter how much of a "good fit" you are. They probably don't know how to do business and definitely don't know a bit about hiring candidates in time.
