The interview process is very slow, and I don't receive much feedback from the recruiters. It really seems like there is no process established at all; it took six months to get an offer.

Long and intense. I was interviewed by multiple chair members who were interested in my technical and interpersonal skills. Questions were asked on my reaction to specific situations and the level of technical ability I possessed.

I submitted my application through the official website. I passed the screening interview over the phone with HR and had a job-related interview a few weeks later. All interview procedures were punctual and well-organized.
