The team I work with is awesome; they are really intelligent, hardworking people. Some of the technologies are state-of-the-art, and I learn a lot.
I don’t like the company culture. I find management all over the place and very restrictive on flexibility as a software person. It seems like upper management has no idea what they’re doing in terms of deliverables and requirements also.
