I applied online. The process took 3 weeks.
The recruiter was friendly and positive, so I had a rather good interview experience. First, there was a recruiter screen where he asked about my experience, but I revealed I wasn't well-versed with AI tools at the time. He allowed me to schedule a call in 2-3 weeks to give me time to get up to speed on the technologies, which I took him up on.
The next part was a take-home test building an MVP in a day. To be honest, you could get it done in 2 minutes, but the whole point of the assessment is to see how you would interact with AI and push back on the decisions. I did not pass, but they were very polite in the rejection, and in retrospect, there are some things I probably would have done differently if I had a second chance.
