I applied through a recruiter, and the process took four weeks. There were too many detailed interview steps, with seven interviews that were each 30 to 90 minutes long. At the end, they didn't provide any feedback or response for about four weeks. Even though I reached out multiple times, I didn't get any response back. Eventually, they just sent me an automated response that the job was closed. Later, I asked for any feedback on points where I was failing, and again I didn't get any response.
