Process
We had to rush things because they reached out to me when I was further along with other companies.
The interviews were a mix of management and technical, which even included actual coding on the board. Some of the questions were right out of the "How to Crack Coding Interviews" book, so they were easy.
I was not impressed by the lack of care for the interviewee; I had to ask for water and bathroom breaks. One interviewee brought a dog along, not even asking if I was allergic (which I am).
