I had a phone screen going over management style, then was brought onsite. I met with a variety of engineering managers, product managers, engineers, and other leaders. The feeling I got from the interview was that the corporate culture was very collaborative and overall pretty positive – a stark contrast from the "other" bigger ride-sharing company out there.
The interview was a mix of technical, leadership, and product questions. I'm not sure if all engineering manager interviews are like that.
