Process

Don't waste your time, especially if you are a top-notch developer. However, if you are junior or intermediate, give it a try.

There are a couple of developers who are not okay with candidates possessing more knowledge and experience than themselves getting hired there.

I wasted two days of my work, taking time off. I completed the online small project interview. The interviewer liked it; I answered all the questions and finished the project before the allotted time. I then went for the on-site interview. I finished the first in-person interview and answered all the questions correctly. I've been an iOS developer for 10 years, yes, since iPhone OS 2 came out, so I know when my answers are right or wrong.

In the on-site code assignment, I finished the project in 2.5 hours, as requested. I even finished the extra part. When they came to the room, I saw they were surprised that I had finished the project with extras and using the MVP pattern and all those buzzwords currently in vogue. A couple of them, during the project review, tried to trip me up with follow-up questions. I answered most of them. I think they got me on one question, but other than that, there were many questions where a couple of them showed they lacked deep knowledge of the Swift programming language.

Anyways, after wasting my time answering all the questions and doing two live projects, their recruiter called me after two days stating they were not proceeding.

I wouldn't work there anyway; it wasn't my type of company, but it was a total waste of time.
