Process
I started the interview in October. After I finished the phone screen in November, I moved forward with the onsite interviews. Once the first one was finished, the recruiter said the other two had to be rescheduled.
They kept ghosting me until they finally scheduled an interview in early January. Due to connection issues, one interview had to be rescheduled again. But at the time of the interview, the engineer did not show up (AGAIN!). I had to wait more than 25 minutes for the interviewer to join the meeting, and they still did not attend.
It's fine to tell an interviewee they are not a fit for the position, but why do they choose the worst way to ghost people and waste their time?
