The interview process was painfully slow.
They took over two weeks to reach out, and I had to ping them constantly to remind them to set up a phone screen.
During the phone screen, my interviewer had a hard time communicating what he wanted me to implement. Regardless, I came up with a working solution.
The recruiter then reached out and told me that there were no open positions that matched my skills at that time, making it sound like the positions had suddenly closed. I was confused and asked for details. Later, it turned out I didn't pass the phone interview, but the fact that the recruiter tried to be deceptive like that made the experience that much worse.
Overall, a terrible interview experience with recruiters being dishonest and not valuing candidates' time.
