The recruiter was almost MIA in the process, as I never met them and had multiple points of contact throughout. They were also poorly responsive.
With that said, every person I met at the onsite was amazing and made me feel both welcomed and good about the company. The company culture is clearly visible through their employees, and I applaud them for it.
I was greeted by two incredibly cheerful people from the recruiting staff (not the main recruiter, of course), and every person I met on the day of the onsite interviews was polite and professional.
I was rejected after I reached out more than a week later. I needed to make a decision as I had received an offer elsewhere.
I did not receive any feedback on the decision. I guess feedback is not required, but it would surely be appreciated.
