I had a positive initial call with a recruiter and a successful technical interview. However, the day before my onsite interview, I was informed it was canceled because another candidate accepted an offer. They did not consider me for other roles at that time.

Later, I applied for a different position and was contacted by a recruiter. After a couple of reschedules, my interview was canceled just 15 minutes before it was set to start, followed by a no-reply email.

I am shocked by these developments, especially since my experiences with the interviewers were positive. This feels unprofessional and unexpected.
