Process

Recruiter -> Assessment -> Loop

After completing the on-site, the recruiter said they would send an update by the end of the week.

The recruiter has been unresponsive.

I was told that I am under consideration but they need more time (no time specified).

I proactively sent follow-up messages, only to be met with silence.

After investing 7-9 hours, I received a generic rejection email without feedback.

Remove the inclusive values, since the recruiter couldn't match them. This speaks volumes about Lyft and how they treat candidates.

In light of this, the interviewers were very nice.

Questions

I signed a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
