The mobile team is crazy good. The amount of infrastructure to enable us to work efficiently makes a difference. People are very friendly. Unlimited PTO.
Benefits have been reduced.
Return to office doesn't make sense for a lot of people.
Compensation is down.
Focus on keeping some of your great engineers. They're leaving very fast.
