Call with recruiter to establish interest, then another call where they explained the process, sent prep materials, and provided a link to Codepad. Then an online coding interview where the interviewer presented the question and let me code.

There was initially an HR round where I was asked about my experience and interests. Following this, there was a coding interview with one of the senior engineers. This was set up quite well, and overall the experience was good.
