I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks.

Interviewer was 10 minutes late, then proceeded to ask me questions completely unrelated to the position. I’m fairly certain he had no idea what job I applied for. When we finally got on the right track, he just asked very broad, vague questions that didn’t really make any sense. I could tell he didn’t have much of a background on the subject.

Tell me about a time you changed something.
