I applied online. The process took 3 weeks.
Definitely the worst interviewing experience I've had. I went through 4 interviews just to get the same automated rejection email. I had a screening phone call, then multiple interviews with team members and leads, and then was ghosted for weeks before getting the automated rejection email with no direct contact either with the recruiter or talent team.
Additionally, I received an email for a different role I applied for asking me to submit availability. After the Google Calendar invite was sent, the event got cancelled and I received an automated rejection telling me my phone screening was canceled. Super unprofessional experience both times.
