I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks.
Was given a long, difficult take-home with a tight 48-hour limit. I completed it, but they refused to even offer feedback, saying my solution didn’t perform at scale. I think the expectation was unreasonable for a take-home assignment, and the interviewer didn’t respect my time at all.
