I applied online. The process took 3 weeks.

• 1st step was talking with the hiring manager about the role and how my background matches their needs.
• Next step was interview with another team member. They asked me about surface modeling in solidworks that I was not familiar with. I believe that was my biggest flaw.

The hiring manager asked a technical question to evaluate my problem solving skill.

He showed me a piece which was machined different from what it was supposed to.

I asked several questions to find how their machine works, then answered the question.
