After some screening calls, we met in person with one of the founders. It was a very nice talk; we discussed the company vision, where I would fit, and how I feel about the challenges ahead. I believe they were able to check my ability to take the role, but it was in a good atmosphere, and I didn't notice any psychological tricks (I am a very direct person, though).
