Process
I just got the first interview. It was totally 10 minutes and overall about behavior questions.
The interviewer first introduced the position and then asked me why I thought I would be a good fit.
She then asked me how I would handle conflicts with teammates in the projects I joined.
Finally, I was asked to describe my projects, each with its name and goals only.
Questions
I enjoyed the interview.
Now I am waiting for the next technical one.

The building is modern, colorful, and comfortable.Cons: I do believe that ownership cares about employees, but strategic direction is lacking. If you think about it, how many companies have started out of a garage and 25 years later the same two people are running it? Even Bill Gates hired a CEO, and Steve Jobs, well... he's Steve Jobs. The creepy thing about this place is that some of the people who go back far with the owner have a relationship that I don't trust. I would be careful about what and who I say anything to.
