Pros: This would qualify as one of the great American companies that makes great products and really values its employees. Employees are highly qualified, and the products are widely used and well respected across basically all industries.
There are plenty of learning opportunities available, such as seminars and training sessions. These are not just related to work, but also cover fitness, finance, and health.
Work-life balance is amazing.
Cons: It is a conservative company, and new ideas and features are scrutinized minutely and take some time to come to fruition.
