Process

The first round is a video interview with five basic questions, including your self-introduction, school background, and why you are applying for this position.

The next round is a phone technical interview lasting about an hour. They will randomly ask you questions in math, MATLAB, C/C++/Java programming, and your specific area. If you answer more than five questions incorrectly, they will stop asking and inform you to wait for the next step.

    • Linear algebra
  2. MATLAB questions:

    • If you use MATLAB, the questions are basic and easy.
  3. Programming language:

    • I chose C here. I was asked about pointers, memory allocation, and basic concepts.
  4. Signal processing:

    • FFT
    • Nyquist theorem
    • DFT
    • Power spectral
  5. Maybe your on-campus projects or thesis.
