Process

The first step is the phone interview. They will send you an email with the instructions. You follow the link, set up your computer, and test it. Then, they give you the opportunity to practice with two questions. Once you are ready, you start the interview and are asked five easy questions:

  • Why does this position interest you?
  • What about your experiences makes you a good fit for this position?
  • Give an example of how you tackled multiple responsibilities.
  • Are you eligible to work in the US without restrictions? Do you need sponsorship now or in the future? Are you currently on a student visa? When will your OPT start?
  • What is your cumulative GPA?

Once reviewed, you will be contacted by email to set up a technical phone interview.
