I attended a career fair where I submitted my resume and received a call for this position. Within two weeks, I was called and asked very basic questions regarding why MathWorks and why this position, along with general HR questions. I don't know what went wrong. After a few minutes, I checked my status on the portal, and it said, "Match not ideal this time."

Cons: Difficult interview content.

Pros: It is a very good company to work for. We get to learn social skills, like writing quick and well-organized technical emails, and speaking to customers on the phone. We also get to learn about all the toolboxes in MATLAB.
Cons: Team members were helpful, but it was like micromanaging.
