Associate Software Engineer Interview Experience - Natick, Massachusetts

June 1, 2015
Neutral ExperienceNo Offer

Process

A phone call with HR followed by a 10-minute technical phone interview. The interviewer was not allowed to give feedback. Questions were mostly from Glassdoor. The number of questions answered depended on how many you could complete in 10 minutes. There was no time limit for individual answers, but since no feedback was given, it was unclear how quickly answers were expected. As someone who needs time to think about questions, I believe this format may have hurt my performance, though I cannot be certain.
