Process

Do not waste time with this company.

First, one guy asked me to work on a fraction class project with a lot of functionalities. Then came the first technical interview on that, where I suggested improvements. I then worked on that project again. After that, their "Lead" interviewed me on it. The project was nearly perfect, yet this 'leader' found improvements which were BS.

I answered all technical questions. This was the second phone technical. I waited for a week and followed up with this guy, but he didn't reply. After another week, I checked my careers account and saw I was rejected. I mean, what the f***.

I am so done with this BS process. I wasted so much time and didn't even receive follow-up feedback. F*** this company.
