The interview process consisted of four steps and took around two months.
First, I applied online, and the company responded within a week.
The initial step involved writing a C++ program based on a menu of operations between two numbers, with the results to be printed. The timeframe for this task was one week.
Following that, a phone interview was conducted. It included standard C++ questions and a discussion of alternative approaches for the coding exercise. The interviewer was very friendly.
The next day, a technical phone screen was scheduled for a week later. This interview was more technical, focusing on C++, and was considerably tougher.
On the following day, an HR screening was scheduled for a week later. This was a behavioral interview, and at its conclusion, the HR representative informed me that I would be invited for the final round.
It took about two weeks to schedule the final round at Natick, MA.
The onsite interview was a day-long event, beginning with an HR round, followed by a presentation, and then four technical rounds.
