Pros: Mathworks provides a very nice work environment for employees. The atmosphere is joyful!
Cons: EDG intern projects can be better assigned. I was good at A, but I was assigned to a project using B. It could be just me, though.

Pros: You learn a lot in EDG.
Cons: If you don’t transfer within 2 years, which you won’t, they will harass you until you resign.
Completely toxic environment.
