Structure - have clear guidelines and expectations of what needs to be done and by when.
Work/life - never expected to work after 5 pm.
Cons: No full-time WFH option - disappointing and short-sighted.

Pros: They give a great starting point for someone getting into the industry, with a freedom to select the domain of projects to work on.
Cons: In this role, we are required to devote part of the time to technical support besides software development.
