The first round was an online assessment. After clearing it, the next round was a technical interview.
The interviewer reviewed my resume and asked about my experience. Then, they gave me two coding questions.
- For the first one, I explained my approach but couldn’t complete the coding, though the interviewer seemed happy with my approach.
- The second problem, which was considered difficult, I solved easily, passed all test cases, and provided both time and space complexity.
The interviewer appeared satisfied overall, but I wasn’t selected. There was no proper communication about why I wasn’t selected.

Pros: Projects were very flexible and were matched to my interests.
Free breakfast and lunch (very yummy too).
Friendly and helpful people, with a strong feedback and mentorship culture.
Great, clean campus. Share a large room with just one other intern.
Emphasis on good work-life balance.
Stable growth, seems to have a good RO ratio.
Cons: Dependence on an old proprietary tech stack. It seems to have a roadmap to modernize, though.
Lots of documentation, but it seems very scattered and disorganized.
The RO position works in a separate new grad team with half tech support and half development. It's good to explore teams, but there's less stability and impact.

Very structured internship, and the campus is excellent.
Cons: Slower pace, intern projects can vary a lot in how interesting they are.
