Process
3 hrs OA 20 min Behavioral with Manager 4 hrs interview in one sitting (2 hrs technical, 1 hr manager, 1 hr HR).
I performed well in OA and did well during the technical interview too, but they rejected me anyway. The 2.5 hrs of time spent with the manager and HR was spent answering very similar questions again and again; it was very redundant. They have no respect for your time.
All of that for a customer support role. Only apply if extremely desperate.
